Weather, Contaminants & Aftermarket Accessories
There are numerous factors that come into play when getting your vehicles washed!

Rain
After a session of rain, it can cause road oil/dust to cake on the vehicle. You might have to go through our automatic bays more than once, or start with the Platinum wash.
*This depends on your vehicle being in a reasonable condition

Spring/
Pollen
During the Spring/Summer, and especially if your vehicle is parked under a tree, pollen can be difficult to wash off due to its sticky/film-like properties. You may have to run through our automatic bays more than once, or opt to hand-scrub.
*This depends on your vehicle being in a reasonable condition

Freezing Temperatures
If it is below freezing, our car wash equipment goes into safety mode and will not operate. Please do NOT go to the car wash unless it is above freezing in your area (circumstance dependent - if you see ice, please don't use the equipment). Remember water freezes at/or below 32 degrees.
*This depends on your vehicle being in a reasonable condition

Contaminants
Certain contaminants can be hard to remove if they sit for a while on your vehicle (bird poop, road oil, tree sap, etc.) – just like a stain on a shirt is hard to remove, or soaping a pan after cooking something that is hard to come off. You may have to run through our automatic bays more than once, or opt to hand-scrub.

Soap
Rest assured, our soap is biodegradable and will not harm your vehicle if some is left on. Our dryers are so powerful and will blow out any leftover soap in the nooks and crannies of your vehicle.

Aftermarket
Accessories
Please make sure you do not have a hitch, bicycle rack, headache rack, oversized bumper or tires, or any other aftermarket accessory. Otherwise, this will affect the washing process in our automatic bays (soft touch and touchless).
*We are not responsible for aftermarket accessories or any damages.
