Wash Club / App Customers
Due to security measures, if there is any issue with your app or the wash club, we ask that you email us directly at clean@briteandshinycarwash.com. So we can assist you as quickly as possible, please do not call, as this will take longer.

*Please note: do not delete your account or the app. Deleting either one will not stop the recurring monthly charges, it only makes it more difficult to locate your account. Please email us first with any questions, so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.
Wash Club Members
* To Cancel: We require a 30 day advanced notice before your renewal date.
If you change credit cards in the APP and the wash club is not working, or you purchased a new cell phone, please email us.
*The credit card processor will hold a $1 seed for recurring charges. Brite & Shiny Car Wash does not receive this money, this is the customers bank who holds the seed for future charges.
