Wash Club / App Customers
Due to security measures, if there is any issue with your app or the wash club, we ask that you email us directly at clean@briteandshinycarwash.com. So we can assist you as quickly as possible, please do not call, as this will take longer. We ONLY reply via email.
Wash Club Members
* To Cancel: We require a 30 day advanced notice before your renewal date.
If you change credit cards in the APP and the wash club is not working, or you purchased a new cell phone, please email us.
*The credit card processor will hold a $1 seed for recurring charges. Brite & Shiny Car Wash does not receive this money, this is the customers bank who holds the seed for future charges.
